Clan is a peer-to-peer framework for managing your own machines — a single interface that handles secret generation, service setup, and backups automatically, and connects your devices over a private mesh VPN. Configuration can be deployed live over SSH, even onto existing Linux installs.

It exists to make independent computing practical again: after two decades of computing consolidating into closed, centralized platforms, Clan gives people back a way to own and run their own infrastructure without building it all by hand.
